]]> Catch of the day is a mixed media one off sculpture. It contains concrete, metal, mild steel and copper and is the largest sculpture in my “Nest” series. It is designed for the outdoor garden. It features 3 handmade fish that hang ready to eat once the bird returns to its nest. Swallows nest’s and other bird nests in the area were the catalyst for this series. Approx 3 mtrs to the highest branch. Branches consist of mild steel and have been infused with copper. The entire sculpture sways gently in the wind as do the fish.
